It makes one think how did we manage before cell phones - I guess it was a simpler time or is it nostalgia speaking?

I had some recent experience with this - was out with some friends (both mom to young kids) and they took frequent breaks during lunch to respond to similar queries from their kids just like you mentioned - another friend was tracking her husband on her iphone because he happened to be late from work ( a bit much in my opinion)
