It is tricky - on the one hand I wouldn't be writing if I wasn't able to share personal stories - but my dilemma is how much to actually share without putting my entire life on the display - it is not necessarily about me but the fact that there are others also involved in my story hence the dilemma

It is also draining as you mentioned just as it is cathartic - so I take frequent mini breaks from those topics
