It is not from a payer's perspective Ellen - it is my observations based on how things are evolving - FoM is def not as simple or straightforward as it is made out to be

Also, these observations are based on what I read - which is new writers - there is def a shift in the topics based on the arrival of the new demographics - which is quite natural -

and I feel as a result of that new avenues have also opened up which I am excited about again thanks to the new demographics
