It is indeed - it was only a few years ago that I learned how to challenge negative thoughts - I have to give the credit to the mental support group I am part of - prior to joining the group I had no strategies to stop myself from overthinking or catastrophizing but yes, I am doing much better now and it helps dealing with different types of situations
