Interesting - I haven't personally tried mehndi but I find it intriguing and the artistry amazing! Also, I did not know the symbolism behind it from a cultural viewpoint - in my culture, it is not normally used for weddings and such although things might have changed - our weddings tend to be more formal or solemn in my experience - also I see a lot of ppl apply henna on their hair as a natural dye
