What is the truth?

You know, I have been pondering about this in the context of a previous relationship - he said, she said but who said the truth and whose truth is the actual truth

Lol - one cannot get to the bottom of it because each sticks to their own version - and have perhaps convinced themselves that their version is the right one

It's complicated - I like to understand why truth hurts - why I get triggered by certain things - is it because I see truth in it or am I upset by the lies in it - but sometimes I discover a sparkling gem after a deep introspection and it is mind blowing
