Indeed it is - however I think we were the fortunate gen to experience both the simplicity of the past and the onset of modernity complete with plastics

I also think the old ways produced much tastier and healthier cooking - sadly, today it's more of a rush job during the hectic week and a more relaxed, engaged cooking is reserved for the weekends or holidays...
