I would like your thoughts on something - platform writing is not hot at the moment, I hear many self published authors complaining no one's buying their books, writing for clients is becoming increasingly competitive, having one's own blog site is very hard to take off the ground... I once sat in an interview where my friend was looking to hire someone to work on his website and claimed to know everything from graphic designing, to blogging, to social media (all in one) and from the beginning itself I knew they didn't know what they were talking about. I just feel the current situation is oversaturated and quite bleak....is it just me?
