When I first saw the title, I was reminded of what my therapist asked me last week - she said I was pretty clear about my boundaries and asserted myself in every aspect of my life except personal relationships - then she posed the million $ question Why?

It is an uncomfortable question for me because I know the answer - however I didn't want to deal with my justifications just then - it is something I need to explore 💙
