In my experience, it does not happen overnight - again it could be because we haven't accepted ourselves as who we are (both the good and the flaws) or from the very real fear of judgment - but there is a certain freedom in being yourself - you don't need to put up an act for anybody and yes, ppl are drawn to the authenticity - can't fake that
