In my culture, women are taught early on not to have a self - you are a daughter, a wife, daughter in law and a mother - you work, cook, clean, take care of family - sometimes with no breaks in between...there is no time for self love - it is considered selfish and so not our culture...

imagine my surprise when I discovered this....oh well those who wish to call me selfish can but dang was I in need of some self care and love which I've been diligently working on😊
