I'm glad to hear she seemed okay - the thing is I have heard and experienced the same from doctors as well - there was this one time a doctor refused to sit down with me prior to a loved one's surgery and answer my questions - he was standoffish and cutoffish and a know it all - so I found a diff one and he was willing to have a discussion and answer all my questions
