I'm glad this popped up in my feed because I am a reluctant phone talker - I don't mind digital communication but phone calls? I try to avoid it unless absolutely necessary - I don't know what the reason is - the fact that I'm shy or fear of judgment because I have a very soft voice?? But I do okay with zoom meetings ...strange
