Yes, I felt lighter after I wrote that - I don't know if it would have turned out differently because of the lack of self confidence, self esteem issues and dysfunctional family but at least now I have a chance to change the narrative - the strength and courage to keep going - I often wonder if it was all there in the first place - just hidden, perhaps
