I would say that prior to a life changing event, I paid little attention to my inner world - it was because I was relying too much on what I learned in college and external validation - sometimes it does take a life changing event to turn the focus inwards - I would say I go with my intuition - something I didn't do earlier - I trust my intuition 💙
