I would say only those in such tough situations know how hard it is - Alyza has a good soul and she takes her responsibility of caring for her brother seriously - it is not easy because she is essentially sacrificing a lot of good things in her life to care for her brother - it is certainly a good vibes story - Alyza should be appreciated and commended because such selflessness is not common
