I would rather use the word diplomatic - even when I take a class, I rarely critique because that is not my style - I try to explain it as patiently and as many times as needed probably because I am dealing with adults -

However, I have seen very smart ppl who have less tact in their conversations - it could be due to arrogance or maybe they have no idea because they believe in telling the truth how they see them 🤷‍♀️
