I was thinking why are we penalized for engaging - I mean how else does one build a network? A better question is then why do we have the clap, highlight and comment section?

I refuse to believe the vast majority of ppl had zero impact on their earnings - look at all the new writers complaining - they wouldn't complain just for the heck of it now, would they?
