I think goal setting is important but what is more important, personally speaking, is setting realistic goals that I am comfortable with...so I am hsppy to hear that you have found a way to do what you enjoy doing while juggling a full work schedule -

Writing is not my full time thing but just as Winston mentioned I make time to do what I love to do even if it means waking up as early as 4 in the morning -
