I recently heard of this book from a friend - she is currently reading it and shared many insights she gleaned - she has been going through some rough marital stuff and it's been taking its toll on her - the only issue she seemed to have with it was it seemed to add on more to her already emotionally heavy plate...not a light read by any measure
