I recall this and to me it represents everything that is wrong with patriarchial cultures around the world and the very fact that it is other women who uphold these obsolete beliefs -

It pisses me off

I know what professional jealousy is and also how it is like in a romantic relationship - for me, I attribute it to upbringing because in real love the man would be proud and supportive of his partner achieving success (vice versa) - I have seen that too and it is wonderful
