I originally come from a tropical country - I wish I could say I'm tolerant of extreme heat & humidity but the truth is not anymore - even though I am based in the NorthEast I wouldn't say I've acclimated to the long cold winters either - so I'd say North Carolina sounds about right :)

I volunteer but it's via Zoom which is my comfort zone - I work with non English speakers who want to learn English and only have one student and that too for an hour a week
