I once toured a house which was priced lower than others in the neighborhood - it was quite old with a lot of big trees spread out over an acre of land - but again it was in a very desirable neighborhood so we didn't let that deter us - however what the realtor forgot to mention (or let us discover on our won) was a giant sized hole in the roof of the back porch - apparently heavy branches and even trees falling over were not uncommon -

Suffice to say we said no - however appealing the trees and property was, it was just too much work
