I love to walk in a light drizzle but not rain - that I prefer watching from the comfort of my home - I have always felt there is a certain hypnotic quality to it that invites introspection not only about the present, but the past and future - the good thing about it is the sight and sounds of rain of softening the edges making it a pleasant experience
