I love punctuality - since I am punctual person, I expect the same from others but therein lies the problem - in my culture, forget 15-30 minutes late, usually it is an hour or two. In my partner's culture it is a whole diff ballgame - it's similar to the service guy giving you an arrival window between 8am and 2pm 😆
