I love eggplant and bitter gourd - true, it is an acquired taste but personally, it lies in how it is cooked - for example I absolutely love bitter gourd fry (sliced into thin round pieces) - and eggplant I make it with tomatoes

I have tried vaangibaath once a long time ago and enjoyed it - not sure why I never attempted to make it but will this weekend - thanks for the recipe
