I love cats - I talk to cats and they are good listeners- I think they understand and let me be me without judging (unless they're hungry - oh well then that's a diff story lol)

I hear you when you say you work to keep your mind busy - my support group leader always starts the session with qn how are you doing emotionally? My response of late is always this - I work all the time so I don't have to think -
