I know what you mean because I have been there but in a slightly diff context - I am familiar with competition (graduated top of my university) - and I am also familiar with the rat race - but that is in my past - now I don't see the point to that other than destroying my mental health - but then again, I feel I needed to go through that to appreciate where I am at today so it is a life lesson
