I hear you - it must have been scary with the black outs -

I am not great about check ups and such (it was non existent during the pandemic) but I am making more of an effort now than I did -

I don't lean towards red meat but I'm not a vegeterian either - you know how they make a mean chicken alfredo around here 😆👍
