I hear you Barbara - creativity is a blessing in the sense that it is an at once safe and powerful outlet for channeling all those negativity and express them - for me, it is putting it down on paper - when I put it down on paper I know it is a self validation - it happened and I overcame it and now hopefully, I can put it to rest
