I have no idea either - I highly recommend Grammarly to the writers for my publications as it can catch grammatical errors and also if you read a lot here, you can pretty much pick up how an article is structured - title, image etc - I guess it is the lure of quick money but I don't know how they can be both FoM and spammers 🤷‍♀️
