I have heard of bosses who are nightmares - this one takes the cake! Oh my goodness - does insulting and demeaning ppl float his boat - what kind of depravity is this??!

Unfortunately, this is a far too common story hereabouts which makes one wonder...do they purposely encourage bosses to be like this?!
