I have had friendships end in ghosting - that is cruel - I have experienced a lot of heartache over it before - so I really appreciate it when both parties can end it respectfully (I know closure is not always possible but that is my 2 cents)

In a way, fate put you back in the same city as Pam so that this time you could properly end it - no point in leaving people hanging, is there?
