I have felt this all my life - first as a woman because, of course, women always take second place to men in my culture 🙄 and secondly, in relationships where the man (thinks) he has the more demanding job - doesn't matter if I can multitask and do it rather well ( it is my duty afterall to manage life, work, home etc as a woman) 🙄

As you said, you weren't at the top of their list hence you got bumped down as not a priority
