I had one extremely toxic boss - I to this day don't know why she was so angry -sometimes I feel she projected her unhappiness with her life on the people working with her -I've never come across another person like her, thankfully - sometimes I have felt that she derived extreme pleasure from being miserable and making others even more miserable -

A calm boss on the other hand can bring out the best in you -
