I get it...those who suddenly pop out of the blue

I received communication from a close friend after many years - it didn't sit right with me because she stopped speaking to me at a point in my life where I needed support - I'm sure she was fishing under the guise of acting nice - or is it because I have become cynical over the years about ppl's motives or perhaps the best reason could be I too am protective of my energy - I think you did well with your decision
