I enjoyed reading your post about Wat Pho and the history behind it - I also enjoyed the pictures - it does sound like a lovely place to visit :)

I also learned about chedis and the significance of the 108 metal bowls - I can't begin to imagine the size of the Reclining Buddha at 150 ft in length and 50 feet in height - must be marvelous to behold in person!
