I could relate on so many levels, Ellen. Let's see the ways:
1. The dementia part is heartbreaking and such a challenge at the same time
2. The partner ditching in a time of crisis is the ultimate betrayal
3. Sleeping indefinitely is def a sign of depression - you can't face the day and rather be lost in unconsciousness than wake up to an unpleasant reality
4. Juggling everything - doctor's appointments and the emotional challenges that come with
5. Feeling like life is one continuous crisis
Gosh. I'm still in it but taking a short break from writing about it..trying to balance it out with some lighter posts.
