I commend you Joseph for your mindset and insights - I once had a toxic boss who terrorized everyone in the dept - in hindsight I would like to believe that person was dealing with personal troubles that leaked like sieve into their work life - ergo they took it out on us - suffice to say it was a big relief for everyone when they got fired
