I can relate - I am the only cat person who comes from a family who are primarily dog lovers - I lost my tuxedo Purr many years ago and have never been able to replace him - his memory is still strong and I miss him a lot - he did have a one of a kind personality - independent, lord of the manor and curried no favor - I love(d) him so much
