I believe it is only those who go through this can truly appreciate what this means - having experienced fibromyalgia, I know there was a psychological component - however, it took many misdiagnoses to get to the right diagnosis and meds - I remember sleeping through the night after many pain filled sleepless nights - gosh the pain was awful!
