I am unmarried and let me tell you how difficult it is to walk into a party as a single woman in my culture where everyone I know is married with kids....it is awkward (even tho my friends try to make it as comfortable as possible) -because the first qn is inevitably "where is your husband? He didn't come?" 🙄
