I am particularly fascinated by the superstitious aspect of this story - I'm sure there are diff versions of Mohini in diff cultures but what I find the most intriguing is that ppl blame a she-demon for lustful dreams and such

I also think even though a lot of myths and superstitions that were dominant earlier are slowly losing its magical spell, a lot of ppl, especially in the rural areas, still hold on to them.
