I am glad you wrote about this Barbara because I had a terrifying incident several years ago which I couldn't make head or tails of till I decided to write a shortform about it - I am not sure if you've read it - I will link in a PM

The thing is I attributed a lot of negatives to it - like an apparition, sleep paralysis, warning etc And yes it was a time in my life that I was terribly unhappy

But then a comment popped up from someone I respect a lot and that changed my perspective - pls see PM - thanks
