I am aware of programs in HS where you get to go to community college free if you are in the top 50 or something of the graduating class - even without that you can do two years of community college (save a chunk) and then complete the rest in a big university - and then you come to my neck of the words where big colleges are everything

Nobody talks about how deep they are in debt - I mean undergrad can easily cost few hundred thousand $$$
