How true...I've always been shy and quiet - asking me why I am like this is like asking another person why they talk so much or so loudly - I prefer been a observer than talker and am not interested in ppl pleasing - being put in a spot where I have to talk makes me very anxious - and yes, it takes me time to trust someone
