Hi Sally, yesterday a friend of mine - a mom of two young kids told me how she was at Whole Foods and totally blanked out for a moment - she had no idea why she had come to the store or how she got there - poor thing was running on empty - I encouraged her to take a day off and hit the spa in order to self care and recharge
