These threats can lead to loss of money, reputation, and even lives, fueled by the fear of exposure.

Recently, a shocking case made headlines in India, where my family is originally from. A 24-year-old woman Greshma, saw an opportunity to marry up. However, her boyfriend was in the way and what’s more, he threatened to expose their relationship. In response, she conspired with her family to kill him.
