I like reads like this - it takes real courage and vulnerability to be able to put down thoughts and emotions we are feeling in all its glorious rawness and sometimes darkness - it is a phase we go through - I went through something similar a few years back but I think it was for the best - it drove me to look inwards as opposed to the materialistic world - am a changed person for it 💙
