You are right - my post today also has similar themes - tbh nobody talks about the hard work that goes behind the scenes before anyone 'makes it' on a platform - is it because they think there is a short cut to success? Because there really isn't - it's hard work, commitment, talent, consistency - a whole bunch of factors that are in play...
